There is some good news for the techies of North Karnataka region! Infosys has finally started direct recruitment at its Hubballi Development Center (DC).
Infosys-Careers (@InfosysCareers), a twitter handle that posts about employment opportunities at Infosys posted a tweet informing about the start of direct recruitment at its Hubballi campus.
The tweet read ‘We are now recruiting at Infosys Hubballi, the city of Flowers, Temples, Education, History, The world’s longest Railway Platform, and now the city of Information Technology’.
Infy has started hiring for the position of Aerospace Engineer and Java Developer at Hubballi. Follow the link given here to apply for the same.
It is worth mentioning that Infosys-Hubballi campus is the only recognised IT SEZ in the entire North Karnataka region. Phase-1 of Infosys-SEZ is expected to employ around 1500 employees.
Start of direct recruitment at Hubballi campus in all likelihood is expected to attract more IT companies to invest in Hubballi Dharwad, the next IT Hub of Karnataka.
Infosys is an Indian multinational information technology company that provides Business Consulting, Information Technology and Outsourcing Services.
It can be worth mentioning that StartInfosys-Hubli campaign made Infy to start operations from its Hubballi campus. The tech giant formally started operations at Hubballi DC from August 1st, 2022.
On the very first day, Around 25+ employees of Infosys had started working the Hubballi campus. The campus in its full capacity is expected to employ around 5000 techies in the IT/ITES sector.
