There is some good news for the Cinelovers of Hubballi Dharwad! Hubballi is going to get it’s second PVR Multiplex at Akshay Sky Mall in Gokul Road, Hubballi.
The new property at Akshay Sky Mall is expected to have 4 or 5 screens (Details awaited). An advertisement has been put up on the Mall premises announcing the same.
Akshay Sky Mall is an upcoming shopping mall on Gokul Road, Hubballi. It is currently under construction. The mall will have 6 levels with a built up area of 4,50,000 sq.ft.
PVR Cinemas is already operating a 4 screen multiplex at Laxmi Pride Mall located at Coen Road. Opened in 2015, the multiplex has a built up area of 27,388 sq.ft and a capacity of 890 seats.
Cinepolis, a Mexican movie theater chain is operating a 5 screen multiplex at Urban Oasis Mall. The addition of PVR Multiplex will ensure that the Cinelovers will have multiple choices while booking their favourite movie.

At present, Hubballi has 2 Multiplex (Cinepolis and PVR). Hubballi is going to get another multiplex soon at One Hubli Mall located near Hosur on Hubballi Dharwad road.
Operated by Sathyam Cinemas, the Multiplex at One Hubballi Mall will have 5 screens. One Hubballi Mall is going to be the biggest mall of North Karnataka with a built up area of 1 Million Sq.ft.
PVR Cinemas is the market leader in terms of screen count in India. PVR operates 846 screens in 176 Cinemas across 71 cities in India and Sri Lanka with a seating capacity of 1.82 Lakhs.
