Malls and Multiplexes in Hubballi Dharwad

There are around 13 malls in Hubballi Dharwad. Out of 13, 11 malls are in Hubballi and 2 in Dharwad. At present 5 malls are operational in Hubballi and 6 are under construction, whereas one mall is opened and one is under construction in Dharwad.

Urban Oasis Mall, Hubballi

Urban Oasis Mall is one the largest malls in North Karnataka and is the second mall to be opened in Hubballi City. Located on Gokul Road, the mall has a built-up area of 3,75,000 sq. ft with 5 levels (UG+G+3). The mall is easily accessible by city buses and Auto/Taxi.

Laxmi Pride Mall, Hubballi

Located at Coen Road, Laxmi Pride Mall is the only other mall in Hubballi that houses a multiplex at present. It is easily accessible from Koppikar Road and Station Road. The mall is currently undergoing expansion.

There are not many shopping options. It has Sapna Book House, Kanva Mart, and Mumbai Central stores.

The main attraction of the mall is 4 screen multiplex by PVR Cinemas. Opened in 2015 the multiplex has a built-up area of 27,388 sq. ft and a capacity of 890 seats.

Marvel Artiza Mall, Hubballi

Marvel Artiza Mall is probably one of the best-looking malls in Hubballi city. Well maintained Vertical Garden on the external facade is one of the main attractions of the mall. The mall comes with multilevel parking in the basement.

Coming to shopping options, the mall has a variety of clothing brands and limited food joints and cafes. The mall is well lit at night and it looks wonderful.

Signature Mall is located at Gokul Road in Hubballi. It is open to the public with limited shopping options and a Restaurant. Croma, Hubballi is located in the mall.

The Total Built-up area of the mall is around 2,50,000sq.ft. The mall is having 5 levels (Basement+G+3 floors).

One Hubballi Mall, Hubballi

Located at Hosur Cross at the junction of Gokul Road and HDBRTS starting point, One Hubli Mall is the largest mall under construction in Hubballi and one of the largest malls in Karnataka.

Total Built Up Area will be around 1 Million sq.ft. The mall will have 4 levels (G+3 floors).

• The mall will have a 5 screen Multiplex by Sathyam Cinemas and 20,000 sq.ft gaming zone.
• Space is provided for 2 mega anchor stores (D’Mart might come here) and 8 mini anchor stores.

Basant City Centre Mall, Hubballi

Located at Travellers Bungalow Road Hubballi, Basant City Centre Mall is one of the largest malls under construction in Hubballi and North Karnataka. The mall will have 11 levels (2 Basement+G+8 floors) and the total Built-Up Area will be around 6,00,000 sq. ft.

• Floor Plan: Ground floor, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor will have anchor stores/brands. The 4th and 5th floors will be used by a Multiplex. The 6th, 7th, and 8th floor will be occupied by Hotels and Offices.

Suvidha Matoshree LifeStyle Mall is located at Line Bazaar in Dharwad. It is the first Mall of Dharwad city. Recently it was opened to public. The mall will have 4 levels (G+3 floors)
