Airport Authority of India has released Air traffic statistics for the month of July-2022. As per the reports; 24,077 passengers used Hubballi Airport during the month of July-2022.
Hubballi Airport registered a increase of nearly 1% as far as number of passengers compared to the last month. 23,852 passengers had used Hubballi Airport in the month of June-2022.
The airport registered 436 flight movements in the month of July-2022. Hubballi had handled 448 flights during June-2022. A decrease of 2.67% in flight movements is observed.
The airport handled 5MT of Cargo in the month of July-2022. Hubballi had handled 4MT of Cargo during June-2022. A increase of 20% has been observed as far as Cargo is concerned.
During the same month last year (July-2021), Hubballi Airport had handled 436 flight movements and 14,912 passengers. The airport had handled 2 MT of Cargo during the same month.
IndiGo CarGo, the cargo division of India’s largest Airline IndiGo has opened its counter at the Outbound Cargo area of the Hubballi Airport’s Cargo terminal recently.
Passengers from Hubballi are requesting resumption of Ahmedabad, Kochi and Goa sectors and adding few other potential routes like Delhi, Pune, Jaipur, and Jodhpur.
