Nrupatunga Betta

Nrupatunga Betta is a small hillock that offers spectacular Aerial views of Hubballi City. Sprawling across 77 acres, the hillock is an ideal spot for Morning and Evening walks, and a perfect place to catch glimpse of Sunset.

Unkal Lake

Unkal Lake is a beautiful lake in Hubballi. Spread across 262 acres, the lake was constructed by Sir M.Visvesvaraya in 1893. One can have amazing views of Sunset here.

Indira Gandhi Glass House

Indira Gandhi Glass House is one of the best Green spaces of Hubballi City. This is one of the most favorite places for Morning walkers & Joggers. Toy Train and Musical Fountain will be added soon.

Chandramouleshwara Temple

Chandramouleshwara temple is a 900 year old temple near Unkal lake. The temple was built on the lines of Badami, Aihole and Pattadakal temples. It is a Protected Monument under Archeological Survey of India (ASI).

Neersagara

Neersagara Reservoir built in 1955 covering an area of 1,087 acres is a main source of water supply to Hubballi City. Its a perfect place for a day picnic with Lush Green surroundings away from hustle and bustle of city.

Budanagudda

Budanagudda is a small hill on Hubli – Ankola highway around 15km from Hubballi. Famous for Basaveshwara temple on top, the sacred grove is part of Chalamatti and Kuruvinakoppa Reserved Forest.

Banashankari Temple

Banashankari Temple located at Amargol is one of the oldest temples in Hubballi. The temple was built by Chalukyas in 13th Century AD and it features a distinct Nagara and Dravida influence in its Architecture.

Siddharooda Matha

Siddharooda Matha is one of the most famous landmarks of Hubballi. It is an important Religious Institution – a centre of Advaita Philosophy. Meditation at Kailasa Mantapa is highly recommended here.

Moorusavira Matha

Moorusavira Matha, built in 12th century has the tomb of Shri Gurusiddeshwar Swamy, the founder member of the matha. The name is attributed to the visit of Sri Channabasaveshwara with a group of 3,000 Shivasharanas to the matha.

Tolanakere

Tolanakere is another beautiful lake of Hubballi. Lots of development works like Walking Path, Artificial Island for Birds, Water Fountains, Zen Garden, Children’s Play Area and Party Lawns etc are under construction.

Hazrat Fatehshahwali Dargah

It is one of the important places of worship for Muslims. The Dargah dates back to 603 years. Hazrat Shahenshahwali and Hazrat Chotesarkar Mazar is also inside the premises at Hubli.

St Joseph’s Church

St Joseph’s Church is one of the oldest and most beautiful churches in Hubballi. The Church was built in 1890 by Fr. Leopold Franken SJ. The Church was renovated and inaugurated on the 11th December 2013.
