South Western Railway (SWR) has decided to run Summer special train between Shree Siddharoodha Swamiji Hubballi Junction and Karaikkudi Junction in Tamil Nadu as per Train on Demand (TOD) basis.
The train will do one trip in each direction to clear the extra rush of passengers because of the summer holidays. The details of the same are as follows.
Train Number 07389 SSS Hubballi Railway Station to Karaikkudi Summer Special Express will depart from SSS Hubballi Railway station at 6:30 AM on April 28th and reach Karaikkudi at 12:35 AM on the next day.
En route the special train 07389 will arrive/depart at SMM Haveri at 07:45/07:47 AM, Ranibennur at 08:16/08:17 AM, Harihar at 08:38/08:40 AM, Davangere at 08:55/08:57 AM, Chikjajur at 09:35/09:37 AM, Birur at 10:23/10:25 AM, Arsikere at 11:05/11:10 AM.
Tumakuru at 12:30/12:32 PM, Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru at 02:40/02:50 PM, Krishnarajapuram at 03:16/03:18 PM, Bangarapet at 04:03/04:05 PM, Salem at 06:45/06:55 PM, Namakkal at 07:44/07:45 PM, Karur at 08:23/08:25 PM, Tiruchchirappalli at 10:05/10:10 PM and Pudukkotai at 11:23/11:25 PM.
In the return direction, Train Number 07390 Karaikkudi to SSS Hubballi Summer Special Express will leave Karaikkudi at 12:10 PM on April 29th and arrive at SSS Hubballi Railway station at 5:20 AM on the next day.
En route the special train 07390 will arrive/depart at Pudukkotai at 12:43/12:45 PM, Tiruchchirappalli at 02:00/02:05 PM, Karur at 03:28/03:30 PM, Namakkal at 04:03/04:05 PM, Salem at 04:50/05:00 PM, Bangarapet at 07:35/07:36 PM, Krishnarajapuram at 08:26/08:28 PM.
Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru at 08:45/08:55 PM, Tumakuru at 10:38/10:40 PM, Arsikere at 12:00/12:05 AM, Birur at 12:43/12:45 AM, Chikjajur at 01:22/01:24 AM, Davangere at 02:03/02:05 AM, Harihar at 02:20/02:22 AM, Ranibennur at 02:43/02:45 AM and SMM Haveri at 03:13/03:15 AM.
The special trains will have a composition of twenty-one coaches i.e. 1 AC Three-tier coach, 8 Second Class Sleeper coaches, 10 General Second Class Coaches, and 2 Second Class Cum Luggage & Brake Van with Disabled Friendly Compartment.
