SWR to run Hubballi Vijayawada Ugadi Special train

South Western Railway (SWR) has decided to run the Hubballi Vijayawada Ugadi Special Express train on April 10th and 11th. Details are as follows.

Train number 07001 Vijayawada Hubballi special train departs Vijayawada Railway Station at 2:30 PM on April 10th and reaches Hubballi junction at 7:10 AM on the next day.

En route, the train stops at Guntur, Narasaraopet, Vinukonda, Donakonda, Markapur Road, Giddalur, Nandyal, Dhone, Guntakal, Ballari, Toranagallu, Hosapete, Munirabad, Koppal, Gadag and Annigeri.

The distance between Vijayawada and Hubballi through Railways is around 691km. The train 07001 covers the distance in 16 hours and 40 minutes with an average speed of 41km/hr.

In the return direction, Train number 07002 Hubballi Vijayawada special train departs Hubballi Railway Station at 9:25 AM on April 11th and reaches Vijayawada at 1:00 AM on the next day.

The distance between Hubballi and Vijayawada through Railways is around 691km. The train 07002 covers the distance in 15 hours and 35 minutes with an average speed of 44km/hr.

The trains between Hubballi and Vijayawada run with huge waiting lists. People have been demanding to add more trains between Hubballi and Vijayawada.

The train has a composition of 21 coaches including 8 Sleeper Class Coaches, 10 General Second Class Coaches, 2 SLR coaches and one AC 3-tier coach in locked condition.

  1. We wants to more trains Please daily runs Vijayawada to Belgavi and Belgavi to vijaywad at present Hubbali please extend to Belgavi
