  1. Please start hubli- Ahmedabad- Jaipur Or delhi air bus. Very good commercial route. Also required hubli to (hyderabad,Kolkata) goa- delhi) pune- jammu,mangalore-

  2. Hubli needs connectivity to Ahmedabad, pune, hyderabad, delhi and Jaipur on regular basis. Some new route like mangalore, nashik, kolkata etc needs extension of udan scheme intially to establish and stanilise on a regular basis.

  3. Need international airport connectivity at Hubballi Airport. It is big hassle to travel to North Karnataka from international destinations. Nobody is demanding this is very strange.

  4. This is to inform you that I am into a Placement Service , running a Manpower recruitment Business for Abroad (Gulf Countries) from past 22 years.

I Mr. Benjamin Munigety – Proprietor of M/s. Business Link holding a 1000+ Recruitment License for which is unlimited for number of workers to recruit also i am a member of Council IPEPCIL & EPCIP, my Head Office is Located in Mumbai and Branch Offices at Hubballi & Goa.

I am glad to know that your recent visit to Hubballi Airport and made an enquiry of flights operating to different sectors from Hubballi Airport.

I have a Branch Office in Hubbali as well as a Construction Business under the style of M/s. Blissfull Homes Builders and Developers Pvt Ltd.

For Recruitment purpose , I keep on travelling to different sectors to hire Manpower like such places Delhi, Orissa, Chennai, Cochin, Calicut, Hyderabad, mangalore, Vishakapatnam, Vijaywada, Trichy, Goa, Jaipur, Kolkata, Varanasi, Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Kushinagar, etc.,

At present there is only one company airlines flight Indigo is operating from Hubbali Airport to Mumbai i.e. also alternate days flights (3 to 4 days in a week), earlier there were some more company airlines use to operate such as Spice jet & Air India which I could find and noticed that 70% to 80% occupation of passengers use to travel. Now i have learnt that there is a Monopoly of Indigo Airlines and they keep on increasing the fare because only one flight is operating from Hubballi to Mumbai and Mumbai to Hubballi and there are no competitors. I have noticed that Due to higher fare from Hubballi Airport the passenger are taking a alternate route to travel to other sectors from Belgaum to Mumbai & Mumbai to Belgaum because of options.

Recently I wanted to travel from Hubbali to Mumbai on 15th February, 2022 but there was no flights operating from Hubballi Airport not even Indigo Airlines and alternately I had to take a flight from Belgaum to Mumbai for emergency meetings. While returning from Mumbai to Hubballi there was no flight operating on 17/02/2022 to Hubballi and I checked for 18/02/2022 the airfare was 18770/-. Again I had to take option of Belgaun (Karnataka) from Mumbai. From Belgaum to travel to Hubballi by road it takes 2 to 3 hours.

In such cases how middle class people could travel on emergency situations because the fare is too high and one cannot afford to travel.

I humbly request you to kindly increase the frequency of flights to different sectors, other company airline like such as Star Air, Spicejet, Air India to develop Hubballi Airport so that the fare will come down and there will be no monopoly of one airlines and there would be some competitors.

I wish to join the meeting to discuss about the current situation of the airlines.

    Regards,
    Benjamin Munigety.
