Dharwad district has reported 83 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The active cases in the district have decreased to 1,021.
According to the bulletin released by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, 169 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Dharwad district and unfortunately, 8 deaths have been reported in the past 24 hours.
Karnataka reported 5,815 fresh Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours. Bengaluru alone reported 1,263 fresh cases. 11,832 patients have recovered and unfortunately, 161 deaths have been reported. Bengaluru reported 23 deaths in the past 24 hours.
Mysuru district reported 17 deaths which is the second-highest in Karnataka. The positivity rate stood at 3.38%. The Case Fatality Rate (CFR) for the day was 2.76%.
