Dharwad district has reported 261 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The active cases in the district have decreased to 2,648.
According to the bulletin released by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, 247 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Dharwad district and unfortunately, 8 deaths have been reported in the past 24 hours.
Karnataka reported 11,042 fresh Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours. Bengaluru alone reported 2,191 fresh cases. 15,721 patients have recovered and unfortunately, 194 deaths have been reported. Bengaluru alone reported 47 deaths in the past 24 hours.
Mysuru district reported 1011 fresh cases. Mysuru district also reported 18 deaths which is the second-highest next to Bengaluru urban district. The positivity rate stood at 6.58%. The Case Fatality Rate (CFR) for the day was 1.75%.
