Dharwad district has reported 245 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The active cases in the district have decreased to 4,820.
According to the bulletin released by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, 781 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Dharwad district and unfortunately, 5 deaths have been reported in the past 24 hours.
Karnataka reported 16,387 fresh Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours. Bengaluru alone reported 4,095 fresh cases. 21,199 patients have recovered and unfortunately, 463 deaths have been reported. Bengaluru alone reported 307 deaths in the past 24 hours.
Mysuru and Belagavi districts reported more than 1000 fresh cases. Belagavi district reported 17 deaths which is the second-highest next to Bengaluru urban district. The positivity rate stood at 11.22%.
