Dharwad DC Nitesh Patil has instructed those traveling abroad for Study and Employment purposes, can submit the following necessary documents to get the Covid vaccine.
Students who got admission in Foreign universities must submit any 3 of the following documents to get the vaccine. The documents to be submitted are as follows: Admission letter from College/University, Passport, Aadhar Card, Visa Xerox copy, and Flight Ticket copy.
Those who are traveling abroad for Employment purposes must submit any 3 of the following documents to get the vaccine. The documents to be submitted are as follows: Employment Certificate from the company, Passport copy, Aadhar Card copy, Visa copy, and Flight Ticket copy.
The documents can be submitted via email to covid19dwddc@gmail.com or through WhatsApp number 9449847648. Those who are applying can also contact the same number for more information.
The district administration will then verify the documents, and issue an Acceptance Letter. The acceptance letter can be used to get the Vaccine in KIMS, Hubballi, or District Hospital, Dharwad said Dharwad DC Nitesh Patil in a press statement.
