Alliance Air starts Hubli to Hyderabad flight

Alliance Air, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Air India has started Hubli to Hyderabad flight from today. The inaugural flight from Hyderabad International Airport to Hubballi Airport, landed at 8:10 AM. A flight to Hyderabad was a long pending demand from the citizens of Hubballi Dharwad.

The flight 9I 879 departs Hyderabad at 6:25 AM and reaches Hubballi at 8:00 AM. And the flight 9I 880 departs Hubballi at 8:25 AM and reaches Hyderabad at 9:55 AM. It will operate 3 days a week i.e on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Union Minister Shri Pralhad Joshi flagged off Hubballi to Hyderabad flight

Dharwad MP Shri Pralhad Joshi thanked Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, for launching Hubli to Hyderabad flight. The minister has also asked Harpreet A De Singh, the CEO of Alliance Air to start Hubli to Mangalore flight for which she has responded positively.

Pralhad Joshi has also asked Hubballi Airport director Shri Pramod Kumar Thakre to send the proposal to expand the Hubballi Airport runway to facilitate direct flights to Middle East countries from Hubballi. Dharwad DC Shri Nitesh Patil is looking after the land availability to expand the runway.

A small function was organized at Hubballi Airport to celebrate the launch of Hubli to Hyderabad flight. Dharwad MP Pralhad Joshi, Dharwad DC Shri Nitesh Patil, Alliance Air CEO Harpreet A De Singh, Hubballi Airport director Shri Pramod Kumar Thakre, and others were present.
