Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has launched AC Sleeper and Super Luxury buses to Hubballi, Bengaluru and Davanagere.
Announcing the same on Twitter, TSRTC MD Shri VC Sajjanar said that “TSRTC has launched the new bus services for the convenience of travellers from Telangana to Karnataka”.
TSRTC has launched Lahari AC Sleeper and Super Luxury (Non AC Seater with Pushback) category of buses from Hyderabad and Hubballi. Details are as follows.
Hyderabad to Hubballi Non AC bus leaves Hyderabad at 7:00 PM and reaches Hubballi at 5:30 AM on the next. In the return direction, the bus leaves Hubballi at 6:00 PM and reaches Hyderabad at 4:30 AM on the next day.
Hyderabad to Hubballi Lahari AC Sleeper leaves Hyderabad at 8:00 PM and reaches Hubballi at 7:00 AM. In the return direction, The bus leaves Hubballi at 9:00 PM and reaches Hyderabad at 8:05 AM on the next day.
The buses will operate from MG Bus stand at Hyderabad and New Bus Stand at Gokul Road, Hubballi. TSRTC has fixed the fare of ₹960 for Non AC bus, and ₹1460 for Lahari AC Sleeper bus.
TSRTC has also decided to have Dynamic pricing on Lahari AC bus between Hyderabad and Hubballi. The prices will be lower on non-peak days, and more on weekends.
The buses will have Charging point for Mobiles, Water bottle holder and Reading light. It is interesting to note that TSRTC MD Shri VC Sajjanar is originally from Hubballi.
TSRTC will also operate Super Luxury bus to Davanagere. It also operates Garuda plus, Lahari AC Sleeper, Super Luxury and other buses between Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Bookings have been opened at TSRTC portal linked here.
