South Western Railway (SWR) has decided to run Hubballi Ahmedabad Hubballi Weekly Special train from 28th April to 26th May 2024 (5 trips). Details are as follows.
Train number 07311 Hubballi Ahmedabad special train departs Hubballi Railway Station at 7:30 PM every Sunday and reaches Ahmedabad junction at 7:20 PM on the next day.
En route, the train stops at Dharwad, Londa, Belagavi, Ghataprabha, Miraj, Sangli, Satara, Pune, Kalyan, Vasai Road, Boisar, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Anand and terminates at Ahmedabad.
The distance between Hubballi and Ahmedabad through Railways is around 1184km. The train 07311 covers the distance in 23 hours and 50 minutes with an average speed of 50km/hr.
In the return direction, Train number 07312 Ahmedabad Hubballi special train departs Ahmedabad Railway Station at 9:25 PM every Monday and reaches Hubballi junction at 7:45 PM on the next day.
Also, IndiGo has stopped the direct flight connecting two commercial hubs of Karnataka and Gujarat. The move is hugely affecting the businessmen of the region.
All the trains between Hubballi and Ahmedabad run with huge waiting lists. Many associations have been demanding a dedicated train between Hubballi and Ahmedabad.
