NWKRTC starts Belagavi Dharwad Rajahamsa bus to help Vande Bharat Express passengers

North Western Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (NWKRTC) has started Rajahamsa executive class buses between Belagavi and Dharwad Railway Station.

NWKRTC has decided to introduce the bus service to help passengers travelling to and from Vande Bharat Express introduced between Bengaluru and Hubballi Dharwad.

2 buses operating between Belagavi and Dharwad will be extended to Dharwad Railway Station matching Vande Bharat Express train timings. The fare is ₹135. The schedule of buses is as follows.

One of the buses leaves Belagavi at 11:20 AM and reaches Dharwad at 12:50 PM to help passengers travelling toward Bengaluru. Vande Bharat Express leaves Dharwad at 1:15 PM.

Another bus leaves Dharwad at 12:25 PM and reaches Belagavi at 1:55 PM to help passengers who arrived from Bengaluru. Vande Bharat Express reaches Dharwad around 12:00 PM.

The much-awaited Vande Bharat Express (One of India’s most premium trains) between Dharwad and Bengaluru via Hubballi and Davanagere was inaugurated on June 27.

Vande Bharat Express (Train 20661) departs KSR Bengaluru (SBC) at 5:45 AM and reaches Dharwad at 12:10 PM. En route, the train stops at Yeshwantpur at 5:55 AM, Davanagere at 9:15 AM, and Hubballi at 11:30 AM.

In the return direction, Train 20662 leaves Dharwad at 1:15 PM and reaches KSR Bengaluru at 7:45 PM. En route, the train stops at Hubballi (1:35 PM), Davanagere (3:38 PM), and Yeshwantpur (7:13 PM).
