Dharwad district has reported 55 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The active cases in the district have decreased to 959.
According to the bulletin released by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, 65 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Dharwad district. Unfortunately, 8 deaths have been reported in the past 24 hours.
Karnataka reported 4,867 fresh Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours. Bengaluru alone reported 1,034 fresh cases. 8,404 patients have recovered and unfortunately, 142 deaths have been reported. Bengaluru reported 28 deaths in the past 24 hours.
Mysuru district reported 22 deaths which is the second-highest in Karnataka. The positivity rate stood at 3.25%. The Case Fatality Rate (CFR) for the day was 2.91%.
