Dharwad district has reported 525 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The active cases in the district have decreased to 6,269.
According to the bulletin released by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, 1010 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Dharwad district and unfortunately, 19 deaths have been reported in the past 24 hours.
Karnataka reported 20,378 fresh Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours. Bengaluru alone reported 4,734 fresh cases. 28,053 patients have recovered and unfortunately, 382 deaths have been reported. Bengaluru alone reported 213 deaths in the past 24 hours.
Hasana reported 2227 fresh Covid-19 cases. Belagavi and Mysuru districts reported more than 1000 fresh cases. Dharwad district reported 19 deaths which is the second-highest next to Bengaluru urban district. The positivity rate for the state stood at 14.68%.
