According to the bulletin released by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, 29 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in the Dharwad district. Unfortunately, 4 deaths have been reported in the past 24 hours.
Karnataka reported 1,978 fresh Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours. Bengaluru alone reported 433 fresh cases. 2,326 patients have recovered and unfortunately, 56 deaths have been reported. Bengaluru reported 8 deaths in the past 24 hours.
Dakshina Kannada district reported 7 deaths which is the second-highest in Karnataka. The positivity rate stood at 1.24%. The Case Fatality Rate (CFR) for the day was 2.83%.
