Dharwad district has reported 262 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The active cases in the district have decreased to 3,196.
According to the bulletin released by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, 628 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Dharwad district and unfortunately, 9 deaths have been reported in the past 24 hours.
Karnataka reported 12,209 fresh Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours. Bengaluru alone reported 2,944 fresh cases. 25,659 patients have recovered and unfortunately, 320 deaths have been reported. Bengaluru alone reported 187 deaths in the past 24 hours.
Mysuru district reported 1237 fresh cases. Mysuru district reported 19 deaths which is the second-highest next to Bengaluru urban district. The positivity rate stood at 7.71%. The Case Fatality Rate (CFR) for the day was 2.62%.
