Dharwad district has reported 10 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The active cases in the district have decreased to 162.
According to the bulletin released by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, 10 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in the Dharwad district. Unfortunately, one death has been reported in the past 24 hours (Non-Covid death: Died due to road accident).
Karnataka reported 2,052 fresh Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours. Bengaluru reported 506 fresh cases. 1,332 patients have recovered and unfortunately, 35 deaths have been reported. Bengaluru reported 9 deaths in the past 24 hours.
Dakshina Kannada district reported 8 deaths which is the second-highest in Karnataka. The Positivity Rate stood at 1.37%. The Case Fatality Rate (CFR) for the day was 1.70%.
