In March 2022, Reliance Retail had taken over store spaces for which the Future Group couldn’t pay lease rent. These were then sub-let to the Future Group for operation.
The size of Brand Factory stores used to be around 15,000 square feet (on average). There were a few big ones in prime locations whose area was as high as 75,000 sq ft.
Fashion Factory will sell brands like Pepe Jeans, Reebok, Killer, Spykar, Lee Cooper, and Puma as well as Reliance’s own brands like DNMX and Performax.
The emphasis at Brand Factory was to offer customers the widest range of brands and categories possible at absolutely great prices in an ambiance that befits the brand.
