Karnataka’s first Bharat Gaurav Kashi Yatra train announced via Hubballi

There is some good news for the Kashi pilgrims of Hubballi Dharwad. Government of Karnataka, in association with IRCTC has announced Karnataka’s first Bharat Gaurav Kashi Darshana train via Hubballi.

The train covers the prominent sacred places of Varanasi, Ayodhya & Prayagraj in a 08 days journey. The ticket fare includes to and fro journey. Details are as follows.

The train departs KSR Bengaluru Railway Station at 1:00 PM on 11th November, 2022. The train has stoppages at Birur, Haveri, Hubballi, Belagavi, and Raybag.

Thereafter, the train will have non-stop run till Varanasi. Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea and Dinner on board for the passengers. Overnight stay will be provided at Varanasi (Day 3).

Itinerary at Varanasi Day 4: Breakfast at hotel and visit Tulasi Mandir & Sankata Mochan Hanuman Mandira. Post Lunch devotees will visit Kashi Vishwanath temple & take Holy Bath in Ganges.

Itinerary Day 5: Departure from Varanasi Railway Station at 06:00 AM towards Ayodhya. Post Lunch visit Ram Janambhoomi and Hanuman Garhi at Ayodhya.

Evening: Glimpse of Saryu Arati. Then devotees will be taken Ayodhya Railway Station at 9:30 PM. Dinner will be served and the train departs towards Prayagraj at 11:00 PM.

Itinerary Day 6: Early morning arrival at Prayagraj Railway Station. Hotel transfer to take bath and change. Visit Triveni Sangam and Hanuman temple at Sangam Prayag.

Then devotees will be taken back to Prayagraj Railway Station at 1:00 PM. The return journey starts towards Bengaluru starts at 2:00 PM. The stoppages will remain the same on return journey.

IRCTC had fixed the fare of Rs 20,000 per person. But Karnataka government has announced 5,000 discount for the same. Hence the to and fro journey will cost 15,000 Rs per person.

Train Journey by Bharat Gaurav Special tourist train will be provided in 3-tier AC class. Night stay will be provided in Hotels in Non-AC Rooms on twin/triple share basis.

All Transfers and sightseeing is by Non-AC buses only. Travel insurance will be provided for the passengers. All the meals served will be of Vegetarian only.

All Guests are requested to carry Voter ID/Aadhar Card & Covid-19 final dose certificate with them. Itinerary is tentative and can be changed or modified subject to smooth and timely running of Train.

Cancellation charges for the Bharat Gaurav train are as follows:

  • Up to 15 days (excluding departure date): 250 Rs per passenger.
  • Up to 8-14 days (excluding departure date): 25% of package cost.
  • Up to 4-7 days (excluding departure date): 50% of package cost.
  • Less than 04 days: 100% of package cost

  2. Inform us next trip to kashi in the month of January after 19 th 2023 and let us know how many days before we have to book train tickets or any agents for this trip or we can book through IRCTC online

  5. We already reserved 21 seats from Bellary to Varanasi and return tickets. Is there any facilities to adjust the. Gourav yatra sir. Pl send December time table. How to register sir

  6. There has been 2 booking one for my dad, another for me from different pick up points. Can our seats be together. Who should we contact so we can travel together?
    Also when we travel from Varanasi to Ayodhya or Ayodhya to Prayag, will the seat numbers be the same as Blore to Varanasi?
