North West Karnataka Road Transportation Corporation (NWKRTC) has started dedicated Airport buses to/from Hubballi Airport starting from today.
As of now, NWKRTC will operate dedicated Airport buses on 2 routes viz, Hubballi CBT to Hubballi Airport and Hubballi Railway Station to Hubballi Airport.
Both of the buses will be via Old Bus Stand, Gokul Road New bus stand. The bus service is likely to be extended to other parts of Hubballi city based on the demand.
The exact fare and schedule of Airport buses will be notified shortly. There is also a demand to start Airport buses to Dharwad (or extension of BRTS to the Airport). Hope NWKRTC/HDBRTS acts on it soon.
