Heavy rain accompanied by the extreme wind created chaos in Hubballi City yesterday evening. Many trees were uprooted across the city, electricity supply was cut off in many areas.
According to a weather enthusiast, the city received around 21.5mm of rain just within 30 minutes. A glimpse of rain coupled with gusty wind is shown below
In a tragic incident, a 33-year-old man Robin Marsh breathed his last after a tree fell on him while he was traveling in an Autorickshaw near the Desai cross circle.
Many Cars and Vehicles were damaged during the rains. There are also reports that few houses were damaged during the course. For sure, Hubballi experienced Nature’s fury yesterday.
