HDUDA to develop Lakes and Parks of Hubballi Dharwad

Hubballi Dharwad Urban Development Authority (HDUDA) conducted the Budget meeting under the chairmanship of Dharwad DC Gurudatta Hegde on March 1st.

The meeting approved the Budget of ₹92.37 Crores with an estimated surplus of ₹8.25 Lakhs by the end of March 2024. The meeting was held at the HDUDA auditorium.

For the first time, the Hubballi Dharwad Urban Development Authority budget has allocated funds for the development of the Parks and Lakes of Hubballi Dharwad.

Hubballi Dharwad Urban Development Authority (HDUDA) has earmarked a sum of ₹16.10 Crores to develop 54 gardens in the twin cities of Hubballi Dharwad.

The meeting also decided to develop Nagashettykoppa Lake, Kempageri Lake, Sadhanakeri, and Nuggikeri of Dharwad at an estimated cost of ₹18.90 Crores.

Hubballi Dharwad Urban Development Authority Commissioner Dr. Santosh Kumar welcomed the attendees and presented the topic.

Former CM Jagadish Shettar, MLA Arvind Bellad, members of Hubballi Dharwad Urban Development Authority, HDMC Commissioner Dr. Gopalkrishna B, and others attended the meeting.
