Hubballi Dharwad Bus Rapid Transit System (HDBRTS) is adding 3 more Bus Stations in between Hubballi and Dharwad for the benefit of passengers.
HDBRTS is constructing the new bus stations near Sanjeevini Vana (opposite Shahi Exports), Navalur (near the BRTS flyover), and opposite Dharwad Business Center at Gandhinagar, Dharwad.
The new bus stops will not be as swanky as the existing ones on the BRTS Corridor. But they serve the purpose of providing connectivity to places where there is high passenger movement.
HDBRTS is planning a kiosk-like ticketing arrangement at Navalur bus station. A similar setup is being used near the BSNL office at Dr. Ambedkar Circle in Hubballi.
Hubballi Dharwad BRTS is a Bus Rapid Transit System connecting the twin cities of Hubballi Dharwad. The total cost of the project was around ₹980 Crores.
