Dharwad district has reported 90 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The active cases in the district have decreased to 778.
According to the bulletin released by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, 172 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Dharwad district. Unfortunately, 9 deaths have been reported in the past 24 hours.
Karnataka reported 4,436 fresh Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours. Bengaluru alone reported 1,008 fresh cases. 6,455 patients have recovered and unfortunately, 123 deaths have been reported. Bengaluru reported 24 deaths in the past 24 hours.
Mysuru district reported 15 deaths which is the second-highest in Karnataka. The positivity rate stood at 2.59%. The Case Fatality Rate (CFR) for the day was 2.77%.
