Dharwad district has reported 313 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The active cases in the district have decreased to 2,941.
According to the bulletin released by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, 560 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Dharwad district and unfortunately, 8 deaths have been reported in the past 24 hours.
Karnataka reported 11,958 fresh Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours. Bengaluru alone reported 1,992 fresh cases. 27,299 patients have recovered and unfortunately, 340 deaths have been reported. Bengaluru alone reported 199 deaths in the past 24 hours.
Hasana, Mysuru, and Shivamogga districts reported 1000+ fresh cases. Mysuru district reported 17 deaths which is the second-highest next to Bengaluru urban district. The positivity rate stood at 9.08%. The Case Fatality Rate (CFR) for the day was 2.84%.
