Dharwad district has reported 275 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The active cases in the district have decreased to 2,761.
According to the bulletin released by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, 446 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Dharwad district and unfortunately, 9 deaths have been reported in the past 24 hours.
Karnataka reported 9,808 fresh Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours. Bengaluru alone reported 2,028 fresh cases. 23,449 patients have recovered and unfortunately, 179 deaths have been reported. Bengaluru alone reported 44 deaths in the past 24 hours.
Mysuru district reported 974 fresh cases. The district also reported 15 deaths which is the second-highest next to Bengaluru urban district. The positivity rate stood at 7.53%. The Case Fatality Rate (CFR) for the day was 1.82%.
