Dharwad district has reported 212 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The active cases in the district have decreased to 2,087.
According to the bulletin released by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, 501 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Dharwad district and unfortunately, 10 deaths have been reported in the past 24 hours.
Karnataka reported 9,785 fresh Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours. Bengaluru alone reported 2,454 fresh cases. 21,614 patients have recovered and unfortunately, 144 deaths have been reported. Bengaluru alone reported 21 deaths in the past 24 hours.
None of the districts reported 1000+ cases apart from Bengaluru Urban district. Mysuru district reported 20 deaths which is the second-highest next to Bengaluru urban district. The positivity rate stood at 6.61%. The Case Fatality Rate (CFR) for the day was 1.47%.
