According to the bulletin released by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, 6 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in the Dharwad district. Unfortunately, 2 deaths have been reported in the past 24 hours.
Karnataka reported 1,653 fresh Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours. Bengaluru alone reported 418 fresh cases. 2,572 patients have recovered and unfortunately, 31 deaths have been reported. Bengaluru reported 3 deaths in the past 24 hours.
Belagavi and Kolar districts reported 4 deaths which is the highest in Karnataka. The Positivity Rate stood at 1.17%. The Case Fatality Rate (CFR) for the day was 1.87%.
