Central Railways to run 2 pairs of Mumbai Hubballi special trains

Central Railways has decided to run Mumbai Hubballi Mumbai special trains to clear the extra rush. CR has announced that 2 pairs of trains will do round trips. Details are as follows.

Train number 01171 CSMT UBL special train departs Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal, Mumbai at 12:40 PM on 3rd February and reaches Hubballi Railway Station at 5:00 AM on the next day.

On the return direction, Train number 01172 UBL CSMT special train departs Hubballi at 9:30 PM on 4th February and reaches Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal, Mumbai at 4:00 PM on the next day.

The travel duration for the CSMT UBL leg is 16 hours and 20 minutes with an average speed of 52.16 km/h. On the return direction, the train finishes its journey in 18 and half hours with an average speed of 45.68 km/h.

En route, the train stops at Dadar, Kalyan, Lonavala, Pune, Daund, Jeur, Kurduvadi, Pandharpur, Sangola, Miraj, Belagavi, Londa, Dharwad and terminates at Hubballi junction.

The train will have a composition of 20 coaches including 18 General class coaches and 2 Guard cum Brake vans. The rake will be of Linke Hofmann Busch (LHB) type.

Another train, Train number 01173 CSMT UBL special train departs Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal, Mumbai at 1:30 PM on 3rd February and reaches Hubballi Railway Station at 6:20 AM on the next day.

On the return direction, Train number 01174 UBL CSMT special train departs Hubballi at 8:00 PM on 4th February and reaches Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal, Mumbai at 1:35 PM on the next day.

The travel duration for the CSMT UBL leg is 16 hours and 50 minutes with an average speed of 51.21 km/h. On the return direction, the train finishes its journey in 17 hours and 35 minutes with an average speed of 48.12 km/h.
