Bengaluru Belagavi Superfast Express (via Hubballi Dharwad) speeded up

South Western Railway (SWR) has decided to speed up Train number 20653 Bengaluru Belagavi Superfast Express (via Hubballi Dharwad). Details are as follows.

The train which used to reach Belagavi at 7:35 AM will now reach at 6:45 AM. The changes will be effective from 31st March 2024. There are no changes in the other direction.

As of now, the train reaches Hubballi Railway Station at 4:20 AM and departs towards Belagavi at 4:30 AM. The train usually reaches Hubballi around 3:30 AM or 3:45 AM.

As per revised timings, the train will arrive at Hubballi Railway Station at 3:35 AM and depart towards Belagavi at 3:45 AM. New timings are going to cause inconvenience to the passengers of Hubballi.

As of now, the train reaches Dharwad Railway Station at 4:48 AM and departs towards Belagavi at 4:50 AM. The train usually reaches Dharwad around 5:00 AM.

As per revised timings, the train will arrive at Dharwad Railway Station at 4:05 AM and departs towards Belagavi at 4:07 AM. SWR is yet to notify if there are any changes in the reverse direction.

The train has a composition of 21 coaches including 10 Sleeper coaches, 4 AC 3-tier coaches, 1 AC 2-tier coach, 1 AC First class coach, 3 General class and 2 EOG coaches.

The train has stoppages at Yeshwantpur, Tumkur, Arsikere, Davangere, Hubballi, and Dharwad. The total travel time is 10 hours and 35 minutes with an average speed of 57 km/h.
