The Food Festival organized as part of the National Youth Festival 2023 is getting an excellent response from the citizens of Hubballi Dharwad.
The National Youth Festival has brought the flavors of various states of India at one place. The event is a great opportunity for food lovers to experience different cuisines.
A total of 50 stalls have opened at the venue representing various states. One can savor food from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, and North Eastern to Western states of India.
The food festival has been organized at the Football ground of Karnataka College campus, Dharwad. The event will continue till January 16th. The food available at the venue are as follows.
Gujarat: Khaman, Dhokla, Handvo, Khakhra; Haryana: Bajra Roti, Suhali, Malpure, Gulgule, Laddu, Bajra Kichadi; Himachal Pradesh: Madra, Mah Dal, Meetha Bhaat.
Andhra Pradesh: Oligal, Sweet Pongal, Biriyani, Rava Laddu, Payasa; Assam: Kamrup Pitha, Tekeli Pitha, Steam Rice; Bihar: Litti Chokha and Sattu; New Delhi: Jhalmuri, Golgappa, and other chats.
Chandigarh: Aloopuri, Aloo Paratha, Kathi roll, Veg cutlet, Lassi; Jharkhand: Chilka Roti; Rajasthan: Kachori, Samosa, Sangri Sabji, Gulab Jamoon, Tamilnadu: Kanchipuram Idli, Tanjavur dishes.
Karnataka: Organic Jaggery, Jaggery Powder, Chicken dry, Fish fry from Udupi; Kerala: Puttu, Kadala Curry, Idiyappam, Appam, Kerala Parotha, West Bengal: Rasagulla, Patishapta, Kathi Roll, etc.
