Due to Non-Interlocking works in connection with the Commissioning of Doubling between Devaragudda and Haveri, South Western Railway (SWR) has few some changes in the operation of Trains starting from tomorrow.
Update 30th December 2022: Earlier following trains were notified as Cancelled/Partially cancelled on the dates mentioned against each in view of NI work. Since, the work has been postponed, these Cancellation/Partial cancellation is withdrawn and the trains will run as per schedule.
Following trains will be Cancelled, Partially cancelled, Diverted, Rescheduled, and Regulated between Bengaluru and Hubballi from tomorrow till 7th January (Update 30th December 2022: It is withdrawn). The details are as follows.
Cancellation of Trains: Train number 17347 Hubballi Chitradurga express and 17348 Chitradurga Hubballi express will be fully cancelled from 31st December till 7th January 2023 (8 days).
Hubballi Arsikere express (Train number 16213) and Arsikere Hubballi express (Train number 16214) will be fully cancelled from 31st December till 7th January 2023 (8 days).
Vijayapura Mangaluru express (Train number 07377) and Mangaluru Vijayapura express (Train number 07378) will be fully cancelled from 3rd January to 6th January (4 days) and 4th January to 7th January (4 days) respectively.
Partial Cancellation of Trains: Train number 12079 Bengaluru Hubballi Jan Shatabdi express will be partially cancelled between Harihar and Hubballi from 31st December till 7th January 2023 (8 days).
Train number 12080 Hubballi Bengaluru Jan Shatabdi express will be partially cancelled between Hubballi and Harihar from 31st December till 7th January 2023 (8 days).
During these 8 days, the Jan Shatabdi express will be terminated at Harihar. The train will originate from Harihar instead of Hubballi at its scheduled time.
Train number 17325 Belagavi Mysuru Vishwamanava express will be partially cancelled between Belagavi and Birur from 31st December till 6th January 2023 (7 days).
Train number 17326 Mysuru Belagavi Vishwamanava express will be partially cancelled between Birur and Belagavi from 31st December till 6th January 2023 (7 days).
During these 7 days, the Vishwamanava express will be terminated at Birur. The train will originate from Birur instead of Belagavi at its scheduled time.
Diversion of Trains: Following trains will be diverted via Gadag, Hospet, Amravati Colony, and Davanagere skipping stoppages between Hubballi and Ranibennur.
Rescheduling of trains: Train number 17325 Belagavi Mysuru Vishwamanava express journey commencing on 7th January will be rescheduled by 135 minutes.
Regulation of Trains: The following trains will be regulated en route from 30th December till 5th January 2023. The details are as follows.
