Rani Chennamma Circle flyover, one of the important projects of Hubballi city is progressing at a snails pace. The progress of the same at various sections is given below.
Construction of Ramp from Hosur towards Old bus stand has started near Swimming pool complex and near Vani Vilas Circle. Old bus stand BRTS Station has now been fully demolished.
Pillars have come up at the place of BRTS bus stand to facilitate the construction of flyover. Video of the progress of flyover is as shown below.

Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways had laid the Foundation stone for the Construction of the flyover virtually around a year back (15th January 2021).
Central Government had approved the construction of an Elevated Corridor/Flyover at Rani Chennamma Circle of Hubballi at a cost of ₹298 Crores.

The Elevated Corridor/Flyover of 3.6km will have all Safety provisions like Crash barriers, Lighting, Signboards, and Markings will be implemented to ease traffic congestion.
