Real estate developer K Raheja Group, which operates Inorbit Malls across India, has acquired Hubballi’s Akshay Sky Mall for a whopping sum (rumoured to be more than ₹400 Crores).
Inorbit Malls is considered to be one of the few premium malls operating in India. Therefore, Hubballi is all set to get its first premium mall in the next few months.
Hubballi-based Suresh Enterprises Private Limited (SEPL) sold the ready-to-launch property, Akshay Sky Mall, to Inorbit Mall. The mall has a gross built-up area of 643,319 sq. ft.
The mall is expected to open by the end of 2024, and the project aims to revolutionize the retail experience in Hubballi by introducing top national and global brands to the city.
Suresh Shejwadkar, MD of Suresh Enterprises, said, “The development not only enhances the local economy but also sets a benchmark for future projects in the city.”
Akshay Sky Mall is situated on Gokul Road in Hubballi, a bustling area filled with retail activities, including malls, showrooms of branded apparel, and Grade A office spaces.
The Mall will have 6 levels (Basement + G + 4 floors). It will have a 4 or 5-screen multiplex operated by PVR Cinemas. It will also have a Hypermarket and Food court on the top floor.

As of now, PVR Cinemas, Lifestyle, and Reliance Trends are scheduled to open soon. Inorbit Mall is expected to bring many well-known national and international brands to the city.
