There is some good news for the people of Hubballi Dharwad. IndiGo, India’s largest airline will start a connecting flight from Hubballi to Ahmedabad via Mumbai from July 15th.
Ahmedabad sector is a hugely popular destination from Hubballi Airport. Nearly one lakh passengers used Hubballi Ahmedabad flight and 370 tonnes of Cargo was transported in 2019.
IndiGo will have a one-stop connecting flight from Hubballi to Ahmedabad via Mumbai. Both the sectors will be operated by Airbus A320 aircraft. Details are as follows.
Hubballi to Ahmedabad: 6E 737 Hubballi to Mumbai flight departs Hubballi Airport at 4:40 PM and reaches Mumbai Airport (T2) at 5:50 PM. There is a layover of 2hr 15min in Mumbai.
6E 5268 Mumbai to Ahmedabad flight departs Mumbai Airport (T1) at 8:05 PM and reaches Ahmedabad airport at 9:25 PM. Total Travel time: 4 hours and 45 minutes.
Ahmedabad to Hubballi: 6E 533 Ahmedabad to Mumbai flight departs Ahmedabad at 10:45 AM and reaches Mumbai Airport (T2) at 11:55 AM. There is a layover of 3hr 5min in Mumbai.
6E 736 Mumbai to Hubballi flight departs Mumbai Airport (T2) at 3:00 PM and reaches Hubballi Airport at 4:10 PM. Total travel time: 5 hours and 25 minutes.

IndiGo has fixed a fare of 4,109₹ for the Ahmedabad to Hubballi sector and 3,944₹ for Hubballi to Ahmedabad flight. Both the connections will be live effective from July 15th.
