Dharwad Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express gets stoppage at Tumkur

South Western Railway (SWR) has decided to give 2 minute stoppage to Train number 20661/62 Dharwad Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express at Tumkur on an experimental basis.

The stoppage at Tumkur will be effective starting from today (23rd August). Timings of stoppage and fare from other destinations is as follows.

Train number 20661 Bengaluru Dharwad Vande Bharat Express departs Bengaluru at 5:45 AM and reaches Tumkur at 6:32 AM. The train departs Tumkur at 6:34 AM.

Train number 20662 Dharwad Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express departs Dharwad at 1:15 PM and reaches Tumkur at 6:18 PM. The train departs Tumkur at 6:20 PM.

Fare:Train 20661 – KSR Bengaluru to Tumkur: 440 CC, 825 EC; Tumkur to Davanagere: 825 CC, 1540 EC; Tumkur to Hubballi: 1040 CC, 1980 EC; Tumkur to Dharwad: 1075 CC, 2045 EC.

Train 20662 – Dharwad to Tumkur: 1240 CC, 2240 EC; Hubballi to Tumkur: 1210 CC, 2170 EC; Davanagere to Tumkur: 770 CC, 1490 EC; Tumkur to Bengaluru: 440 CC, 825 EC.

The Bengaluru Dharwad Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express (Train number 20661 and 20662) is getting excellent response with 80% of the bookings being made from Hubballi Dharwad alone.
