NWKRTC will start Volvo Multi Axle bus services in between Hubballi and Vijayapura from February 14th. The bus will be operated from Hosur Regional Bus terminal, Hubballi.
Sharing the news on Twitter, NWKRTC announced that the new service will be operated with a frequency of 4 buses/day from Hubballi and Vijayapura respectively.
The buses from Hubballi will depart at 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 6:00 PM, and 7:00 PM. The buses will reach Vijayapura at 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 10:00 PM, and 11:00 PM respectively.
On the other hand, The buses from Vijayapura will depart at 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 3:00 PM, and 4:00 PM. The buses will reach Hubballi at 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 8:00 PM respectively.
En route, the buses will stop at Nargund, Kulgeri cross, Gaddanakeri cross, and UKP (Kolar). The fare for the buses is fixed at 300₹ per person.
NWKRTC has launched the new service to reduce travel costs and the environmental pollution caused by private vehicles.
