South Western Railway (SWR) has revised the timings of Train number 17317 Hubballi Dadar express train effective from August 21st 2023. Details are as follows.
Strangely, the train has been slowed down by 30 minutes. With patches being doubled and electrified between Hubballi and Miraj, the move to slow down a train has baffled the citizens.
Train number 17317 Hubballi Dadar express train leaves Hubballi at 3:00 PM (against an earlier schedule of 3:30 PM) and reaches Dadar Railway Station at 7:00 AM on the next day.
The slowdown is effective between Hubballi and Miraj railway stations. There will be no change in timings between Miraj and Dadar Railway Stations.
The change in timings is as follows: Hubballi 3:00 PM (Earlier 3:30 PM), Dharwad 3:20 PM (Earlier 3:50 PM), Alnavar 3:54 PM (Earlier 4:25 PM), Londa 4:43 PM (Earlier 5:10 PM), Belagavi 5:40 PM (Earlier 6:10 PM), Ghataprabha 6:49 PM (Earlier 7:06 PM), Raybhag 7:19 PM (Earlier 7:17 PM), Kudachi 7:34 PM (Earlier 7:33 PM).
En route, the train stops Hubballi, Dharwad, Alnavar, Londa, Belagavi, Ghataprabha, Chikkodi Road Raybhag, Kudachi, Miraj, Sangli, Karad, Pune, Panvel, Thane and terminates at Dadar.
In the return direction, Train number 17318 leaves Dadar Central at 8:15 PM and reaches Hubballi at 11:35 AM on the next day. The stoppages and schedule remain the same.
The train has a composition of 15 coaches including 3 Unreserved coaches, 7 Sleeper coaches, 1 Tier-3 AC, 1 Tier-2 AC, 1 AC First class and 2 SLR coaches.
The train is operated by 15 coaches ICF rake with UBL WDP-4D locomotive between Hubballi and Miraj and WCAM-2 locomotive between Miraj and Dadar. It has a rake-sharing arrangement with Train number 17319/17320 Hubballi Hyderabad Express.
