Dharwad district has reported 21 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The active cases in the district have decreased to 229.
According to the bulletin released by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, 23 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in the Dharwad district. Fortunately, no deaths have been reported in the past 24 hours.
Karnataka reported 1,708 fresh Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours. Bengaluru alone reported 386 fresh cases. 2,463 patients have recovered and unfortunately, 36 deaths have been reported. Bengaluru reported 9 deaths in the past 24 hours.
Dakshina Kannada district reported 6 deaths which is the second-highest in Karnataka. The Positivity Rate stood at 1.09%. The Case Fatality Rate (CFR) for the day was 2.10%.
